One Plan and Coin Usage
CafeFlow uses one coin-based plan. Rs 100 gives 750 coins, Rs 500 gives 4,500 coins, and Rs 1000 gives 10,000 coins. Each order uses 10 coins. Emails are free. New accounts receive 5,000 welcome coins that can be used directly by the store.
All Store Options
All stores get access to CafeFlow's available options, including POS billing, QR ordering, inventory, staff roles, reports, coupons, and AI tools where configured.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security features of CafeFlow or its ordering, dashboard, and API flows.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your cafe menu, orders, staff records, and business data. CafeFlow owns the platform code, product design, system workflows, and related intellectual property.
Service Changes
CafeFlow may update features, coin rules, pricing, or terms as the product improves. Continued use of the service means you accept the latest terms.
