You are responsible for creating accurate account and store information, protecting login credentials, and assigning staff access only to trusted users. CafeFlow is operated by registered legal entity Shiv Akbari.
CafeFlow uses one coin-based plan. ₹100 gives 750 coins, ₹500 gives 4,500 coins, and ₹1000 gives 10,000 coins. Each order uses 10 coins. Emails are free. New accounts receive 5,000 welcome coins that can be used directly by the store.

All stores get access to CafeFlow's available options, including POS billing, QR ordering, inventory, staff roles, reports, coupons, and AI tools where configured.
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security features of CafeFlow or its ordering, dashboard, and API flows.
You retain ownership of your cafe menu, orders, staff records, and business data. Shiv Akbari (operating CafeFlow) owns the platform code, product design, system workflows, and related intellectual property.
