We collect cafe names, store settings, menu items, staff accounts, order data, customer contact details used for receipts, and operational records needed to run CafeFlow.
We use this information to power POS billing, QR ordering, kitchen workflows, inventory, reporting, customer notifications, authentication, and account support.
CafeFlow is designed so each store's operational data is kept separate. Staff roles and owner access are used to control who can view or update store records.
Coin usage records may be stored so your dashboard can show wallet activity. One order uses 10 coins, emails are free, Rs 100 gives 750 coins, Rs 500 gives 4,500 coins, and Rs 1000 gives 10,000 coins.
We use browser storage and cookies to keep users signed in, protect sessions, preserve carts, and support customer ordering flows.
